The registration rates and entitlements are as follows:

Registration fee includes the following entitlements:

  • Conference materials
  • Admission to all main conference sessions
  • Complimentary workshop registration (limited seats)
  • Invitation to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Two tea breaks and lunch (at lunch symposiums) per full day conference
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) points for local registered doctors
   

Group Registration

For group registration, please email your request to wctoh2012.reg@mci-group.com. Your email should include your contact details, name of organisation and the number of delegates in your group.

Checking-In

The registration desk will be open from 07:00 to 19:00 daily from 19 March – 23 March 2012. On 24 March 2012, opening hours are from 07:00 to 12:00.

Payment

The official currency used for this conference is in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All delegates are required to pay the prevailing rate at the point of registration. Should there be no payment received within the given grace period of 14 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

    • Please indicate your registration number on the bank slip. You may find your registration number on the invoice. (eg. WCTOH2012-I/XXX or WCTOH2012-G/XXX). After payment is made, please email the bank slip to wctoh2012.reg@mci-group.com.
      • Bank transfer payments must be received within 14 working days from the date of pre-registration. The conference secretariat reserves the right to cancel your pre-registration should there be no payment received with these given grace period.
      • The bank transfer payment mode is available up till 19 February 2012. After this date, all payments must be made via credit card.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in official writing to wctoh2012.reg@mci-group.com. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total registration fees (inclusive of GST) will be applicable for all cancellation requests received before 21 January 2012. No cancellations will be permitted after this date. All refunds will be made within 3 months after the conference.

  2. Substitution/Modification Policy: All substitution/modification requests must be submitted in official writing to wctoh2012.reg@mci-group.com. For replacement of delegate, written permission from the original registered delegate will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution. A fee of SGD50 will be applicable for all such requests received after 21 January 2012.

  3. Hotel Accommodation: All delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. A list of recommended hotels that offers competitive rates are available at: http://www.wctoh2012.org/nav-accommodation.html

  4. Delegate Badge: All delegates are to wear their badges at all times during the conference. In the event of a lost or forgotten badge, a replacement fee of SGD75 will be applicable for a reprint of the badge after verification of the delegate's official identification (passport, driving license or other recognised identification paper).

  5. Insurance and Liability: All delegates are encouraged to obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accidental insurance before they depart from their countries. The Singapore Health Promotion Board, Suntec Singapore and MCI Group Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, as organisers will not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss of or damage to private property belonging to the conference delegates and accompany persons.

  6. Visa: Delegates are to apply for their own visa with the Consulate of Singapore in their own country. The following information on visa requirements is without guarantee. Delegates are advised to always check with the Consulate of Singapore on the visa requirements. The conference secretariat will not be held liable for any failed visa applications.
